5 Ways to Focus and Get Back on Task – Printable Article

I know experts often say you shouldn’t multitask and that batching similar tasks is more efficient. But that advice usually applies to people who have the luxury of focusing on one thing at a time. It becomes incredibly difficult to concentrate on work or anything important when your child is around. I find it extremely challenging.

Instead of trying to force focus during those moments, I choose to wake up earlier so I can tackle important tasks while the rest of the family is still asleep. Since there are only 24 hours in a day—and I’m the kind of person who needs enough sleep to function well—it’s incredibly important that I stay focused during my dedicated work time. With that in mind, let me share 5 Ways to Focus and Get Back on Task when distractions (or life) try to pull you away. Hope this helps you get more work done efficiently!
